  • All appointments must be booked online through our official booking link. You’ll be guided to choose the correct service and add a card on file. We don’t accept bookings through DMs or text.

  • A deep cleanse, scalp care, hydration, retwist, and the option to add a style (if booked). You’ll leave neat, refreshed, and fully maintained.

  • A consultation is required for:

    • Starter locs

    • Color changes or new color clients

    • Crochet repairs (reattachments, weak spots, reconstruction)

    Maintenance clients and style-only clients do not need a consultation.

  • Here’s a quick guide:

    • Starter locs: Book Consultation first

    • Retwist only: Book “Loc Maintenance”

    • Retwist + Style: Book “Maintenance + Style”

    • Crochet maintenance: Book "Crochet (Roots Only)"

    • Crochet repairs: Book “Repair Consultation”

    • Color touch-up/grey coverage: Existing color clients only

    • Full color change: Consultation required

    If you’re unsure, book a Consultation and we’ll guide you.

  • We understand things happen. You’ll get a 10-minute grace period.


    After 10 minutes, we may need to shorten or cancel your service so we don’t run behind for the next client.

  • Things happen — just cancel as soon as you can.


    There’s no fee for late cancellations, but no-shows will be charged a $50 fee.

  • There is no fee for cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice.


    No-shows may be charged the $50 no-show fee.

  • To keep the salon calm, safe, and comfortable, we kindly ask that you come alone unless the guest is also receiving a service.

  • For consultations please arrive with your hair:

    • Free of heavy buildup

    • Free of protective styles

    • Not matted or tangled at the root

    • Fully taken down if previously styled

    For maintenance appointments extreme buildup, detangling, or style takedowns may require additional time or adjustment of services and/or price.

  • Yes! Coloring services are only offered to existing clients.

    Must be a client for 6 months or more.

  • We accept card, cash, and Tap To Pay.


    A card on file is required to book, but it is only charged for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • Crochet maintenance focuses on tightening the roots only.


    Crochet repairs address things like thinning, holes, weak spots, or reattachments. Repairs require a consultation.

  • Only when the schedule allows. If available, they will appear online.
