Salon Policy

APPOINTMENT POLICY

All services are by appointment only.


To secure your spot, all clients must book online through our official booking site or in person.

We do not accept bookings through DMs or text.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time so we can complete your service with care.

  • At 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or adjust the service.

  • At 10+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and rescheduled.

There is no late fee, but we must stay on schedule for the client after you.

CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY

Life happens — we understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time slot to another client.

There is no fee for late cancellations. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.

If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. This helps us protect our time and keep availability open for all clients.

BOOKING THE CORRECT SERVICE

To make sure your appointment fits the time needed:

  • Starter locs require a consultation before booking

  • Color changes require a consultation

  • Crochet maintenance = roots only

  • Crochet repairs require a consultation

  • If you want a style, book Retwist + Style

  • Booking the wrong service may result in rescheduling

COLOR SERVICES POLICY

For safety and accuracy:

  • Existing color clients may book grey coverage, root touch-up, or color retouch

  • Full color changes must book a Color Consultation

  • Coloring services are not offered to NEW clients.

  • We do not accept color corrections without evaluation

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at the end of your service.
We accept:

  • Card

  • Cash

  • Tap To Pay

Your card on file will only be charged automatically if a no-show fee applies.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on services.
If you have a concern, please notify us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and make adjustments if needed.

MODEL POLICY

All models must complete the Model Submission Form and be approved prior to booking.

Model pricing only applies after approval.

PHOTO + CONTENT POLICY

Photos and videos may be taken for salon documentation and marketing.


If you prefer not to be recorded, please let your stylist know at the start of your service.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Disrespectful behavior

  • Services outside our expertise

  • Unsanitary hair/scalp conditions

GUEST & CHILD POLICY

To maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that no extra guests or children accompany you unless they are being serviced. This ensures we can fully focus on your hair and give every client the best experience.

SAFTEY & HEALTH POLICY

If you are experiencing scalp irritation, open wounds, or contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.

If you are sick, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

We will not service clients showing signs of illness.
